  I've always been skeptical of insurance, but after doing business with John Rouse at American Family I've been pleasantly surprised. I've had to recently make a few small claims, and they presented me with more than just the standard options. I was able to choose the best option that fit my wants without unnecessarily raising my rates over a small mishap. Service and value, that's what I look for.
